Injustice and vengeance

Injustice gives rise to fury, but our resulting mental plots of vengeance are unproductive. Taking revenge only stirs up an endless cycle of violence and chaos. Other responses exist. Foremost is trusting in God’s perfect wisdom, ultimate judgment, and superpower to work with genuine justice and grace. Let’s choose to release offenders from our condemnation, to pray and trust God, and to live in peace, not turmoil.
