To Shrink or To Win

To shrink back is our natural response to the pains, troubles, sufferings, and hardships of life. We tend to pull away, lose heart, seek distractions, and give up because of fear, insecurity, weariness, and the cost of standing firm.

God advocates that we take the supernatural path to face life’s challenges. God tells us to hold on to, to walk with, to persevere with, to find courage in, and to put our faith in Jesus. How? Jesus Christ lovingly and sacrificially died for us and then rose from the tomb alive to give undeserved abundant life to all who put faith in Him. That confidence and hope in Jesus results in our receiving the supernatural power and wisdom needed to face the tough realities of life.

God gives us a choice. Join me and choose to hold on to and to persevere with Jesus who deserves our devotion and trust.
